Their suite of products not only includes email marketing, but also event registration, surveys and promotions. The Help Scout app instantly connects your customer to their Constant Contact profile. You can see the lists they are subscribed to and have one-click access to the Contact Management screen in Constant Contact. Here's an example of what it looks like in Help Scout:Activation instructions1Log into Constant Contact with your Mashery account. If you don't have an account just yet, head tohttps://constantcontact.mashery.com/member/registerto create a Mashery account with Constant Contact.2Register your application athttps://constantcontact.mashery.com/apps/registerwith Constant Contact. Fill out the form will the following values:Application Name:Help ScoutCompany Name:Help ScoutRedirect URI for OAuth calls: https://www.helpscout.net3Just leave everything as-is on the second half of the registration form. You don't want to change any of those defaults! Read and agree to the terms of service, then click on theRegister Applicationbutton.Copy the Key you'll see on this page to a text file or other safe spot; you'll need that in a few more steps.4Head over tohttps://constantcontact.mashery.com/io-docs, select the Help Scout key, and clickGet Access Token.You'll be redirected to a Constant Contact login/registration page. You can either sign in to your existing Constant Contact account, or if you don't have an account, you can create one from that page. Click on theGenerate Access Tokenlink after you've logged in.5On the next page, you'll be prompted to grant access to Help Scout. ClickAllow. You'll be redirected once more to a page containing your new access token. Copy your token and head over to Help Scout.7Head back to Help Scout and go to Manage > Apps >Constant Contact. ClickInstall App, then paste your API key (referenced in the first step, or you can grab it again from here:https://constantcontact.mashery.com/apps/mykeys) and the Access Token you generated in step 5 into the form. Select which Inboxes you'd like to connect, then clickSave.
