Connecting HubSpot with Help Scout keeps your marketing and support teams in sync!Once connected, you can select any number of Contact or Company properties (default or custom properties you created) to display in the Help Scout sidebar. You can also pull in Latest Activity, List memberships, Workflows, and Deals associated with the person. If you need more information, opening the profile in HubSpot is only a click away.This integration is included with the Help Scout Plus and Pro plans. Search for and selectHubSpot.ClickUninstall App.Remove from HubSpotRemoving the integration from HubSpot will delete any activities recorded in HubSpot while the integration was connected, but any contacts that were created will remain.Click the gear icon in the top navigation to accessSettings, then clickIntegrationsin the left side navigation, thenConnected Apps.Find the Help Scout tile and click the Actions dropdown menu, then selectUninstall. Type in the worduninstalland clickUninstallto confirm the removal. Choose a reason for uninstalling if desired then clickDone.
